1. Customized Products – No Refunds or Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Each item is custom-created to your specific requirements based on the image, text, and voice note you provide. Because the product is uniquely tailored for you, we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds once your order is placed.

2. Order Confirmation and Customization

  • Review Before Purchase: Please double-check all details (uploaded media and custom messages) before completing your order.
  • Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed and the customization process begins, no modifications or cancellations can be made.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

While our products are crafted with the utmost care, if you receive an item that is defective or has incurred damage during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@emozic.com. We will assess the issue and work with you to find a satisfactory solution. This is the only circumstance under which we may consider an exception.
