1. Digital Graphics Delivery

For orders that include digital graphics only (i.e., the customized artwork without a physical frame):

  • Delivery Time: Your customized digital artwork will be delivered to you electronically within 24 hours of order confirmation.
  • How It Works: Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a download link or access instructions. Please ensure that your email address is correct at the time of purchase.

2. Physical Product Delivery

For orders that include a physical product (i.e., framed artwork):

  • Delivery Time: Physical products are custom-made and typically take 3-7 days for processing and shipping.
  • Processing Time: Your order will be carefully customized and prepared before shipment. Processing time may vary based on the specific frame or additional customization options you choose.
  • Shipping Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking information will allow you to monitor the delivery progress of your package.
