- Customized Products: All products offered by Emozic are custom-created based on the image, text, and voice note you provide. Because each product is personalized, all sales are final.
- Order Review: It is your responsibility to review and verify all order details before submitting your order. Once submitted, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
- No Returns or Refunds: Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds, except as provided under our Defective or Damaged Items policy.
2. Payment and Pricing
- Pricing: All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice.
- Additional Charges: You may be responsible for additional fees such as shipping, handling, taxes, or customization charges, which will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
- Payment: Payment must be made at the time of order through our designated payment gateway(s).
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Digital Graphics: Orders for digital graphics only will be delivered electronically within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- Physical Products: Orders that include physical products (framed artwork) will typically be delivered within 3-7 days after processing.
- Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate contact and shipping information. Emozic is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
4. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Emozic or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
